We are delighted to have obtained Full Planning Permission for two proposed new homes in the Wiltshire countryside. We have now obtained consent for three ‘fall back’ dwellings following Class Q approvals.

Whilst the two new dwellings retain the overall form and footprint of the existing agricultural building, the Full Planning Application allowed us to implement certain design features that the original Class Q ‘fall back’ permitted development didn’t allow, such as, inverted dormers and entrance areas, log burner flues, increased floor areas beyond that permissible by Class Q, additional residential curtilage space etc.

The other benefit of the Full Planning Permission means that the Client has three years to make a material start on the project, compared to a Class Q which has to be completed within three years.
