Planning Permission has been granted for an extension to this busy Dental Practice in Urchfont.  Planning had previously been refused due to highways concerns.

Dolman initially was brought in to examine the car parking arrangements and to resubmit the planning application.  Site constraints led to a redesign of the extension, as well as proposals to improve the whole of the site.  Detailed conversations with the Planning Officer, and ensuring certain aspects of the design met the policy requirements, enabled this new design to gain approval.
