Two storey extension, Poulshot

Further to our news article in May, Planning Permission has now been received for the two storey extension, no onerous Conditions have been applied.  The client wished to fast track the project and Technical Drawings were also recently prepared and Building Regulations Approval was received in the last few days. 

Party Wall matters applied to the extension and a Party Wall Notice was served upon the Adjoining Owner who subsequently consented to the works.
