Two Storey Extension, Poulshot

A Planning Application has been submitted for this small but well designed two storey extension.  The house is within the Poulshot Conservation Area and is recognised as a building of historical interest.  This is the second extension designed by Dolman to this house, the first being constructed in 2021.  The proposed extension takes its form and appearance from the previous extension and improves the appearance of the rear elevation of the house.  A Planning decision is anticipated during May / June
