Further to our article at the beginning of August, apart from some minor snagging, we are pleased to report that practical completion has been achieved at all six primary schools. Thank you to all the contractors who worked hard to complete on time ready for re-occupation by the schools in the coming days. Snagging, statutory certificate documents (where applicable) and final accounts will now be drawn together in the next week or so.
