Reinstatement Cost Assessments

In addition to Architectural Design and traditional Building Surveying Services we also prepare Reinstatement Cost Assessments for insurance purposes.

Assessments are carried out for a variety of buildings and clients including private dwellings, commercial properties and schools.  We follow the guidance notes published by the RICS and obtain cost from the Building Cost Information Service (BICS) as well as our own historical analysis from past projects.
