Refurbishment Works to two Dwellings in the Bedwyn area

We are pleased to announce that instructions have been received to commence refurbishment works on two dwellings in the Bedwyn area, to upgrade and adapt them to modern living.

Dolman was instructed to carry out a measured survey on both dwellings so that existing and proposed plans could be drawn. A Specification of Works was also prepared. Tender prices were sought, and the preferred Contractor was instructed.

Due to the nature of the works, statutory obligations such as Planning Permission and Building Regulations Approval were not required, and as such the project has progressed swiftly to the contract administration stage.
