Re-roofing Works, Semington

We have been instructed by a client to prepare tender documents to re-roof a dwelling in Semington, Wiltshire. Bats were known to be using the roof space and an Ecologist was instructed to carry out a survey to determine the species of bats and level of activity. Works will be carried out under a Natural England license to include the provision of a bat roost within the existing roof space as well as bat entry points in the walls and ‘’bat friendly roof felt’’.
