Quinquennial Surveys

For numerous Clients we carry out quinquennial surveys, to inspect and report on the condition of their estate, so that the Client can plan for future repairs and ongoing maintenance.

The report is often developed into a maintenance plan helping budget planning and maintaining tenants occupancy.  We’ve recently carried out surveys and reports for St Mary’s Gardens, Devizes.
