Quinquennial Surveys

Dolman Building Surveyors LLP carry out numerous different types of surveys, from isolated defect surveys to full Building Surveys for new acquisitions.

We also carry out Quinquennial Surveys for companies and charities.  These types of survey allow Clients to remain appraised of their stock (internally and externally) to plan for future repairs and ensure their tenants are content.
