Public House, Witney – Commercial Kitchen Extension

Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent has been granted for this single storey extension.  The Local Authority’s Conservation Officer requested a significant amount of supporting evidence to be provided including a full Heritage Assessment.  The Application period was extended several times however a favourable outcome was received for Client.
