Further to our article in January 2023, we are pleased to confirm that Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent has been granted for the replacement of the existing conservatory on this Grade II Listed Pub.

The Application was determined by the Local Planning Authority ahead of time. The next stage is to prepare Technical Drawings in connection with a Building Regulation Application.
