Prior Approval for three agricultural buildings

We’ve obtained Prior Approval for three agricultural buildings in two different Local Authorities in the past two weeks.

Two steel frame buildings in Sedgemoor and one in Bath and North East Somerset.

Our Clients are delighted and able to now progress with their future plans for their sites.

A further application has been submitted for a large 865m² agricultural building in Bath and North East Somerset – a decision is due later in the month (March).
