Planning Permission to divide Dwelling and Annexe into separate properties

Full Planning Permission has been granted for the separation of an annexe from the original farmhouse, to provide two separate dwelling in the countryside.  The properties are located on a farm near Wellow, Bath.  The Client can now progress with the sale of the existing farmhouse to release some capital.

Our involvement consists of initial planning advice, submission of a pre-app to the Council followed by a full Planning Permission Application supported by a justification statement and drawings indicating the proposals.
