Planning Permission received for large detached garage in Seend

We have recently received Planning Permission for a large (4 birth) detached garage within Seend Village & Conservation Area.  Some mature trees lie within the garden and it was necessary to instruct upon an Arboricultural Survey to be carried out and submitted as part of the Planning Application process.
