Planning Appeal – New-Build Garage/Annexe, Lacock

A Planning Appeal has recently been upheld in favour of the Applicant, the proposal for a new-build double garage with first floor accommodation was originally refused by Wiltshire Council, Dolman submitted the appeal in early-2018.

The Planning Inspectorate provided a comprehensive well written report and confirmed our belief that we had provided a suitable design for the location, in the curtilage of a Listed building and within a Conservation Area.

Technical design should commence in the near future.
