Planned Preventative Maintenance

Part of our role with Diocesan Schools is to carry out surveys of the external fabric of each school building i.e. roofs, rainwater goods, walls, windows etc.  This is usually done annually during late-Autumn / early-Winter and not only records the current conditions of the building but allows maintenance programmes to be prepared for the coming year and beyond.
