New dwelling – Bath

After a drawn out Planning process, working alongside a proactive Planning Officer this proposal will be going to Planning Committee during this month.

The proposal is supported by the Planning Officer yet has had some resistance locally.

We will be presenting to the Planning Committee, at the Guildhall in Bath to seek a positive outcome for our client.
