We are pleased to confirm that Practical Completion has been achieved to this new build contemporary dwelling in Bishops Cannings.

The dwelling was built upon the site of 20thcentury farm buildings, within the curtilage of a Listed building that had been damaged by a fire.

The proposed dwelling was designed to retain an agricultural feel with a brick plinth, timber boarding and a slate roof, whilst being contemporary in appearance.  There are fewer openings to the building, but large glazed screens are used to have the feel of a converted agricultural building, and along with numerous rooflights allow plenty of light into the dwelling. Site restraints limited the height of the building, but we believe the design provides generously sized rooms that feel open and provide an attractive dwelling for the Client.
