New Brewery and Offices, Devizes

The construction works are drawing to a close, with minor snagging and miscellaneous items to be concluded during July. We are pleased to see the recent completion of the office cladding and tarmac works to the car park and access areas. Planting is due for August. Client is busy with test brews, setting up racking, testing and commissioning of machinery/plant.

It is expected that full occupation will be during September 2023. We are pleased that the refurbishment of the tired old original building has provided a new lease of life for it. The level of insulation is high, the services energy efficient and on going maintenance cycles reduced.

Our thanks extend to client for their instructions (Technical design, specification of works, cost control and contract administration) and the contractors for delivering the project in a professional and timely manner.
