New instructions have been received in connection with a new restaurant in Bath. A Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent Application is to be submitted in connection with the proposed kitchen extraction system at this very attractive Listed (Grade II) building in the centre of Bath.

Due to the location of the building, DEFRA regulations require odour and noise from the extraction system to be considered. An EMAQ (Emission Monitoring & Air Quality) Assessment will be carried out and the extraction system designed accordingly. As the building is Listed, a Heritage Impact Assessment will also be carried out and this will be submitted as part of the Listed Building Consent Application, accompanied by drawings prepared by Dolman.
