Large Garage and Car Port, Seend

A Planning Application has been submitted relating to a large, detached Garage and Car Port. The proposed buildings sit next to a substantial house and whilst not Listed the building is located within the Seend Conservation Area. The nearby location of mature and semi mature trees required a Tree Survey and Arboricultural Impact Assessment to be carried out by an Arboriculturist. A decision is due in June.
