Larder Extension

This larder extension was completed before Christmas for one of our Clients.

We are pleased with the design and how well the extension settles into the principal elevation of the existing property, an architectural success.

Our role involved; measured survey, existing and proposed drawings, design development with Client and one of our Architects, preparation, submission and obtaining Planning Permission, technical drawings, Specification, Tender process, followed by Contract Administration overseeing the project to completion.
