Housing development on Industrial Site

During February a Pre-Application Enquiry is to be issued to BANES Council indicting proposals for re-developing a former industrial site to provide several dwellings.  Once initial feedback is obtained from the Local Authority an Outline Planning Application will be prepared for the proposed sustainable housing on the outskirts of Bath.
