High Street, Chippenham – External Repairs

Works have now commenced on this Listed Grade II high street property, carrying out traditional joinery, masonry and lead roof repairs, along with decorations.

Our involvement has included an initial inspection to assess the plight, the preparation of tender documents (specification and drawings), obtaining tender prices, adjudication and placing an order with the contractor. We are now carrying out the contract administration service to oversee the works.
