Hanford School – Granary Building

We have successfully obtained Full Planning Permission and LBC to carefully dismantle and reconstruct this Curtilage Listed Historic Granary.

Currently the building is in very poor structural condition and not suitable for repair due to rotten sole plates, as a consequence of external ground levels rising over time (not allowing the timber sole plates to breath).

The proposal includes raising the Granary upon plinth stones, to suit the new ground levels.
