Grant Engineering (UK) Ltd, Warehouse and Showroom

Works are now complete with the Client taking possession of the new building Friday 19 January 2018.  The project provides much needed additional storage and office space for Grant Engineering’s expanding business.  Dolman would like to thank the Contractor for completing the works to such a high standard and with their usual professionalism and Client for their instructions.

The Building provides an attractive frontage to the main Hopton Road and improves the street-scene of the Estate as a whole.  Although it is clearly an industrial building, the use of colour, fenestration, overhanging canopies and landscaping makes the Building stand out as more than just a warehouse.

Dolman have obtained Planning Approval for additional works to the Link Canopy connecting the existing and new Buildings, with the proposals currently in the technical design stage, with works due to commence later in 2018.
