Granary Repairs, Hanford School

A planning and LBC application has been prepared for carefully dismantling a curtilage Listed Granary and rebuilding is to its original form. Aged plight and changes to ground levels over the past 50+ years have caused the timber sole plates to rot, upon which the walls bear.

The walls and roof have become structurally defective and the only solution for a repair is to dismantle and rebuild the Granary using the same traditional materials in a manner that it would have originally been built.
