We have received an increasing number of enquiries from both Private and Commercial Clients throughout Wiltshire and Dorset in the past few months, instructions are being received, with projects progressing thought the Application processes, tendering and to construction on site. Discussions with Contractors large and small reveal that they are busy with pricing of Tender enquiries and their secured workloads are increasing – Tender periods are extending from three weeks to nearly five.
