Four new dwellings, Devizes

Following a long planning process, we’ve now successfully obtained Full Planning Permission and discharged all pre-commencement planning conditions for our client, so that they can commence when they are ready.

The project consisted of an initial measured survey and topographical survey, numerous conceptual and concluding architectural designs, liaison with clients planning consultant RCC Town Planning Consultancy, submission of several Planning Applications, and liaison with the Council’s Planning Officer to obtain consent.
