Four New Build Dwellings

We have recently succeeded at Planning Appeal, obtaining Planning Permission for four new dwellings on a green field site in Wiltshire; working alongside LP Planning for a joint Client.

It has proven to be a great success for all involved.

The previous Application for the site had been rejected by the council; however, our amended designs and LP Planning’s attendance to policy matters proved acceptable to the Planning Inspectorate.
