Fire Damaged properties

During March to May 2020, we have received instructions relating to three fire damaged properties. These projects are complicated for all involved and are often a difficult time for the Clients who have lost belongings and have had to move out of their home, fortunately there have been no fatalities.

We have a wealth of experience in dealing with these complicated projects working with all involved from the Clients, to the Insurers, Loss Adjusters, Loss Assessors and the Contractors to protect the retained property.  Thereafter, architectural design, technical design, planning and building regulation matters take place to begin the process of reinstatement.

Our surveying, architectural and conservation expertise all combine to provide a full service and bring the property back into use as quickly as possible.
