Farm Diversification (Glamping Pods & Barn Conversion)

Following the success of obtaining Full Planning Permission last month for two bespoke glamping pods on a farm near Seend, Wiltshire – we have recently resubmitted an application to convert a Listed barn to form a two-bedroom holiday let.

The Application was initially submitted in 2022, however due to Ecology matters we withdrew the Application to allow sufficient time for bat surveys and agreeing a mitigation strategy.

We are currently consulting with the Council’s Conservation Officer to seek to meet theirs and clients needs, planning for an approval later this month.
