Extension to Listed townhouse, Devizes

Further to our article in November we are pleased to confirm that Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent has been received for the proposed scheme.

The Conservation Officer gave full support to the proposal stating that ‘the extension will remain subservient to the Listed Building and will be an aesthetic improvement’.  Credit to be given to our architect.  Conditions were placed on the Listed Building Consent relating to joinery details and material samples which will be discharged in due course.
