Extension to Listed Building in Seend

Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent has been received to replace an existing Conservatory structure with a single storey extension.  Listed Building Consent has also been granted to replace defective timber windows, including double glazed units, to this Listed (Grade II) terrace house originally used as a Spinning Factory up until 1827.
