Dilapidation Surveys

Dolman have been instructed to review our Client’s lease, to carry out a Dilapidation / Condition Survey and report on the tenant’s compliance with the lease at the end of  the term.

Whilst we at Dolman are involved with a lot of project work involving numerous different sectors, our Building Surveyors also carry out Professional Services such as dilapidation surveys, isolated defects surveys, bespoke pre-acquisition surveys, full Building Surveys and much more.
