Conversion of Outbuildings to Ancillary Accommodation

We have recently received Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent to convert the existing outbuildings to ancillary accommodation.

The outbuildings are detached but located next to a former farmhouse which is Listed; therefore, the outbuildings are Curtilage Listed and there was significant interest in the buildings from the Conservation Officer.

A Pre-Application was originally submitted which led to the scheme being amended prior to the Full Application being submitted. A considerable amount of dialogue with the Conservation Officer followed regarding the extent of wall finishes and joinery detailing. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent was received in December last year.
