Conversion of Outbuilding to Home Office

Further to our October post, Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent has been received to convert this detached outbuilding into a Home Office.

The Conservation Officer was content to see the building converted and the Applications were Approved without any onerous Conditions to be discharged.

The Client has already instructed our Architect to proceed with Technical Design Drawings and submission of a Building Regulations Application.
