An application for Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent has been submitted to convert this detached outbuilding into a Home Office.
The existing building lies within the grounds of a very attractive Listed (Grade II) house. It is believed that the outbuilding dates from the early 20th Century and although currently of modest architectural quality, is none the less Curtilage Listed.
The outbuilding will be altered, renovated and repaired including the introduction of some contemporary materials, such as charred larch boarding, to provide external cladding.
