Conversion of Grade II Listed Hotel to form nine dwellings

Dolman have been appointed to attend to the Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission Conditions that are attached to the permissions for converting this well-known hotel into houses.

Our involvement will require joinery detailed Drawings for new/replacement windows and doors, Building Survey and Scheduling the external repairs, methods of paint cleaning, stone and lime pointing samples, and much more.
