Conversion of former Care Home

Planning Permission was granted in June for the conversion of a former care home to three single storey dwellings.  Several Conditions to the Planning Permission and administration regarding the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) will all be actioned together with technical designs by one of our Architects during July.
