Coach and Horses Inn, Chiselhampton

Works have met practical completion for the refurbishment and alterations to this Listed Grade II Inn and nine letting rooms.

Dolman’s involvement started with the acquisition survey for Client, followed by preparation of existing and proposed architectural drawings, obtaining Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for the alterations.

We also prepared a Schedule of Works, working drawings for use on site, negotiated prices, instructed Contractors and oversaw the project, on behalf of Client.

A remarkable outcome ready for the summer.
