Class R – Agricultural barn conversion to commercial use

Class R is a Permitted Development that allows Clients to convert farm building into commercial uses, we have had success in the past with this form of Permitted Development and have recently been instructed to progress another Application for a farm building in Wiltshire to become a fabric shop.
