Class Q updates

At Dolman we have now obtained 24 Class Q agricultural to residential barn conversion Approvals, across two Counties, with another Approval granted this month.

We are also working on a further application in Bath & North East Somerset, two more in Wiltshire and five in Hereford.

We’re in the process of designing two more barn conversions for bespoke dwellings using the former Class Q Approval as a fallback position, to support alterations and increased floor areas which go beyond the Class Q criteria.
