Class Q Barn Conversion, Wingfield

We have recently submitted a Class Q Prior Approval to Wiltshire Council for this Barn in Wingfield.  The proposal includes the addition of a Mezzanine Floor to form a two-storey four-bedroom Dwelling. 

The design allows for Open Plan Living with double height spaces to the Entrance Hall, Master Bedroom and Living Area.
