Class Q Barn Conversion

Dolman have submitted a Class Q Permitted Development Application for a barn conversion on the outskirts of Westbury.  This project intends to convert a steel frame building to a dwelling, retaining the existing structure; and providing an additional floor to provide a three-bedroom dwelling.  The design and proposed materials retain the external agricultural feel of the building whilst providing a comfortable family home for the Client, which meets modern building standards.
