Class O Office Conversion to Residential

Technical Drawings for the conversion of an Office block to residential units have been completed.  The existing building will be converted into sixteen apartments, which are to be a mixture of one and two bedrooms.

Regarding the proposed details, particular attention has been made to fire safety, acoustics and thermal insulation.  Providing new compartment walls between the apartments, which are constructed to prevent the spread of fire, and insulated to minimise sound transfer between units, the thermal insulation of the existing building has also been improved for the thermal comfort and economic benefit of the future residents.
