Care Home, Castle Cary Extension, Alterations and Refurbishment

Earlier this year, we received Planning Permission to extend the existing building to provide eight bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities and ancillary accommodation including Respite Care.

Apart from the extension works, the project also involves extensive alterations and refurbishment of the existing building.  The works were tendered in the Spring and the chosen Contractor has now made a start on site, with asbestos removal and demolition now in full swing.

The building works will continue into next year with completion anticipated in early Spring 2024.
