Care Home, Castle Cary

Working in conjunction with a new Client, we have recently submitted an Application for Planning Permission to extend an existing Care Home Building.  The building will also be extensively altered and refurbished to provide respite facilities and 8 large bedrooms with ensuite facilities.

Our initial contact with the Client came via a Building Survey of the Care Home prior to the purchase of the property.
