Bungalow Refurbishment and Extension

Works have commenced on this bungalow to significantly alter and provide two extensions forming open plan living, suitable for modern day expectations and ‘future proofing’ the accommodation for our client.

We have been involved from conception, with the preparation of architectural planning drawings, obtaining Full Planning Permission, technical drawings, and Building Regulations. We then went on to prepare a specification of works, obtain tender prices and place an order with the favourable contractor – we are now administering the works on site.
